We have been here several times for lunch midweek. Always seating available on the shore also has a seating section with a canopy. Food is good , service has always been friendly and attentive. Lobster rolls are good, not too much mayo Corn was fresh Nice little spot out of the ordinary

Love this spot off the bridge in Bayville! My shrimp tacos were yum. The crab cake sandwich was fantastic with good amount of crab. I've also had their shrimp cocktail and salads. Always fresh quality in a nice sunny spot with a view of the boats coming in to dock. Great stop after a day on marina or beach. You can also kayak off the shore or nearby!! Staff is super efficient and cocktails are pretty good too!

I had passed here a thousand times without knowing of its existence. This past Friday I drove there and surprised my wife who was in the mood for seafood. Great views with tables and umbrellas spaced out nicely. We were told there would be a 45 min to 1 hour wait. We decided to roam down by the water and enjoy the views. Within 5 minutes a table had opened up and we were seated. We started with the sampler of clams, oysters and shrimp. All were so fresh it was as if they just dug them up and placed on our plate. My wife had the lobster roll which was double the size we've been served anywhere else. She enjoyed it immensely. I ordered the lobster tails. They came split in half so the tails were easy to remove. Steamed perfectly and dipped in butter along with the perfect sunset made this quite the date night. We shall return with friends next time to show off our beautiful adjoining town of Bayville. Service was great as well. Worth the ride if you're not from the area. A+++

Great food at a nice waterfront location. My lobster roll was stuffed full, the cole slaw was delicious and the tacos with grilled shrimp were perfect. Good service from happy, friendly people.

I went here with my boyfriend a week before they closed for the season and it was a great experience. It was a cooler night so definitely less busy than usual. The servers were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our food and are glad we could come before the restaurant closes for the season.

This place is great! The food is really good, I recommend the lobster roll, baked clams, steak sandwich and the lobster salad over salad! The service is great, the waitresses are so nice, and the location is beautiful, right on the water! It's an awesome spot to bring the family, go on a date, you even just stop by alone for a quick bite!

A delightful surprise..on a cool late May day. Plenty of overhead cover and a new menu that is almost the size of a diner menu, something for everyone. Kids hustling back & forth with food/drinks. I would say pricey, but it is actually very fair & competitive, everywhere has become pricey, but for a good experience all around on a day that's not too hot, The Clam Bar is absolutely worth it. To me, waterfront location & vibe are priceless

I stumbled on this amazing place after my friend suggested to go there after our fishing trip. I fell in love with the place not only because of the high quality of food but because of the amazing scenery! Love the vibe in this place, however the reason this not a 5 star for me is because of the following: 1 - lots of mosquitoes on the outside by the water, so my advice is to either come prepared with your bug repellent or ask them for it (they were kind enough to lend us some). 2 - The food preparation takes very long, more than 45 minutes, so my advice is to order your food when you're on the bar, this way you don't wait too long. I promise it's worth the wait though! Love the food there! Aside from that, the bartender was awesome and generous with the portion of alcohol in the Margaritas ;-)
